Is history a tree with roots?
Round table discussion on history.

The meeting is an invitation to reflect on the use of the roots metaphor to connect the past with the present. Can this relationship be effectively conveyed through the image of roots, or do we need to propose other comparisons? Is the idea of roots sufficiently inclusive and plural? Through a multi-voiced discussion, we will try to understand in what forms and with what creativity the link between history and current events can be expressed.
